Jenna Gersie is a PhD candidate in English at University of Colorado Boulder. Jenna has participated in the Wildbranch Writing Workshop, the Bread Loaf Orion Environmental Writers' Conference, and the Environmental Literature Institute at Exeter, and she completed a fiction writing residency at the Vermont Studio Center. Her creative nonfiction, fiction, and scholarly articles have appeared in The Fourth River, ISLE, About Place Journal, Zoomorphic, Orion, The Journal of Wild Culture, and Kudzu House Quarterly, among others.
